All check-in and departure operations take place in the public hall on the ground floor of the single terminal.

Aerolíneas Argentinas: Domestic flights to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza), Córdoba, Salta, Neuquén, San Carlos de Bariloche (seasonal), and Mar del Plata (seasonal).
Arajet: Direct international flights to Punta Cana.
Copa Airlines: International flights to Panama City, connecting across the Americas and the Caribbean.
Flybondi: Domestic routes to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza).
GOL Linhas Aéreas: International flights to São Paulo (Guarulhos).
JetSMART: Domestic flights to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza), Salta, and Bariloche; international flights to Santiago, Chile, and Rio de Janeiro (Galeão).
LATAM Airlines: International flights to Santiago, Chile, São Paulo (Guarulhos), and Lima.
Sky Airline: International flights to Santiago, Chile.

Location: North entrance sidewalk of the terminal.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Appointments: Required via argentina.gob.ar/turnos or the Mi Argentina app (except for the Instant Passport service).

Accepted payment methods: Debit cards, credit cards, and virtual wallets. Cash is not accepted.

Before or after your trip, these issues are handled directly with the airline, ideally well in advance:

Check-in and documents: many countries require your passport to be valid for 3 to 6 months beyond your stay. Confirm it with the airline and the embassy of your destination before checking in online.
Baggage: size and weight limits, prohibited items and fees for checked or excess baggage. Each fare has its own rules: read the fine print.
Minors traveling alone or with one parent: some countries ask for a signed, sometimes notarized, consent. Ask about the airline's Unaccompanied Minor service, its age limits and deadlines.
Reduced mobility and pregnancy: request assistance at least 48 hours in advance. Many airlines ask for a medical certificate from around week 28 of pregnancy.
Pets and assistance dogs: spaces for pets in the cabin are limited, so book early. Assistance dogs usually travel free, with notice at least 48 hours ahead and the required documents.
Changes and cancellations: check whether your fare allows a refund or only a voucher. If the airline changes your flight, ask about assistance (hotel, meals) and missed connections.
Delays, cancellations and denied boarding: on flights covered by EU Regulation 261/2004, arriving 3 hours or more late or a last-minute cancellation may entitle you to €250 to €600 in compensation, unless there were extraordinary circumstances. Keep your boarding pass, receipts and messages.
