Business Lounge (Domestic Flights)

Located on the second floor, at the end of the domestic departures lounge after the security control. It is open 24 hours a day and offers a maximum stay of 2 hours for passengers accessing the lounge through loyalty programmes.

Services: Buffet with hot and cold food, a selection of beverages, showers, high-speed Wi-Fi, a children’s play area, digital press and charging stations for electronic devices.

Access: Business class passengers of partner airlines, holders of Grey Wall, OnPass (Persona.aero), RUS Priority memberships, or by direct payment at the reception desk.

Business Lounge (International Flights)

Located on the second floor in the international departures lounge, after the security and passport control checkpoints. This lounge operates 24 hours a day.

Services: Assisted buffet, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, shower facilities, television, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, and a relaxation area with views of the apron.

Access: Business class passengers, members of lounge access programmes (such as Every Lounge, Grey Wall or RUS Priority), or by paying the entrance fee at the door.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of both international and domestic travellers, with modern facilities distributed across the different levels of its main terminal.

Finance and Connectivity

Within the terminal you will find cash machines from the country’s main banking networks (such as Sberbank and VTB). Currency exchange offices operate 24 hours a day and are located in the public area. The airport provides free Wi-Fi throughout the building via the official network. There are also power outlets for electronic devices distributed in the waiting areas and mobile phone service offices.

Dining

The culinary offering is extensive and varied, with options ranging from Russian and international restaurants to fast-food outlets, bars and cafés. Many of these establishments, such as Shokoladnitsa or Teremok, remain open 24 hours a day, allowing passengers to eat at any time of the day or night.

Shopping and Duty-Free

In the international departures area you will find Duty Free shops offering perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco free of taxes. In the public areas and domestic departures zones there are shops selling souvenirs, fashion, jewellery, electronics, newspapers and flowers. There are also convenience shops and pharmacies mainly located on the second level.

Baggage Services

• Baggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the baggage claim areas, terminal entrances and parking areas.
• Baggage Wrapping: Luggage protection stations offering plastic wrapping operate 24 hours a day and are located on the third floor next to the check-in counters.
• Luggage Storage: Located on the first floor (arrivals). This service allows suitcases to be stored for short or long periods under constant supervision.

Other Services

The airport complex has a First Aid post on the first floor operating continuously. In addition, it features a chapel, ventilated smoking rooms in the boarding areas, post office facilities and printing services.
