• China Eastern & Shanghai Airlines VIP Lounge: Located in the satellite building near gate 115. Open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Snacks, telephones, smoking area, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers and drinks available. Access: First or business class passengers of China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and SkyTeam airlines; SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Terminal 2

• Korean Air (KAL) Lounges: Includes First Class and Miler Club lounges (near gate 248) and Prestige Class lounges (near gates 249 and 253). The Prestige West lounge operates from 4:00 am to 0:00 am. Facilities include showers, premium buffet service and reading areas. Access: Korean Air passengers and SkyTeam Elite Plus partners.
• Matina Lounge and Matina Gold: Located near gates 252 and 249 respectively. The Gold lounge offers a more premium experience with gourmet buffet options and greater privacy. Financial Services

You will find bank branches operated by institutions such as Hana Bank, Woori Bank and Shinhan Bank, generally open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Currency exchange offices and cash machines are distributed throughout the airport and operate 24 hours a day, both in public areas and boarding zones of both terminals.

Connectivity and Communication

Free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access is available. There are numerous charging points for mobile devices and workstations equipped with computers. In addition, the arrivals levels feature several counters for SIM card hire, portable Wi-Fi devices and local mobile phone services.

Dining

The dining offer is highly diverse, including traditional Korean cuisine restaurants, international options (Japanese, Chinese, Italian), fast-food chains, speciality cafés, bakeries and bars. The shopping areas include extensive duty-free stores operated by Shilla, Lotte and Shinsegae, offering cosmetics, perfumes, spirits and luxury goods. There are also convenience stores (CU, GS25, 7-Eleven), bookshops, pharmacies, electronics shops and souvenir stores selling local crafts. Most luxury boutiques are concentrated on the third floor of the departures areas.

Luggage

• Storage and delivery: Storage and courier services are mainly managed by Hanjin Travel. In Terminal 1, the office is located near check-in counters B and N (level 3); in Terminal 2, it is situated near counters H and L (level 3). Opening hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Lost property: The Terminal 1 office is located on level B1, west side. In Terminal 2, it is situated on the second floor in the central area. Opening hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Luggage wrapping: Available on the departures levels of both terminals during flight operating hours.

Health and Wellness

• Medical Centres: Inha University Hospital operates emergency clinics in both terminals (Terminal 1, level B1 east; Terminal 2, level B1 west).
• Pharmacies: Located on level 3 of Terminal 1 and on levels B1 and 3 of Terminal 2.
