Domestic Terminal

KAL Lounge - Fourth floor, past security control, from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm. Business centre, press, snacks, drinks, TV, Wi-Fi. Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, first or business class passengers of Korean Air, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

International Terminal

Asiana Lounge - Located on the fourth floor, next to Gate 34, open from 6:10 am to 7:55 pm. TV, printers, Wi-Fi, refreshments, fax, newspapers, magazines, drinks, computers, telephones. Access: with Asiana Club Diamond or Asiana Club 2-year Diamond Plus membership, first or business class passengers of Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

KAL Lounge - Past security and immigration control, on the fourth floor, near Gate 34. Available from 6:20 am to 8:50 pm. Business centre, refreshments, Wi-Fi, conference facilities, drinks, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, first or business class passengers of Korean Air, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Sky Hub Lounge - Available from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, next to Gates 35 and R1. Maximum stay: 5 hours. Computers, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, press. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD39.00).  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), currency exchange offices (6:00 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting rooms are available on the first floor of both terminals.

Food & Drinks

Both terminals offer restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés, and bars.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on the first and third levels of the International Terminal, convenience stores in both terminals, bookstores, gift shops, technology, accessories, clothing.

Baggage

Luggage storage is available on the first floor of the Domestic Terminal (5:00 am to 9:00 pm; Tel +82 10 2265 8215) and the International Terminal (7:00 am to 7:00 pm; Tel +82 2 2664 9001). The lost and found office is located on the third floor of the Domestic Terminal and is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +82 2 2660 4097).
