Foreign travelers who are not eligible for a visa on arrival can apply for a tourist visa by presenting a valid international certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of a vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization. This is not necessary for UAE nationals and residents.
Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided upon departure.
Travelers with a tourist visa must undergo a rapid PCR test upon arrival.
All passengers are subject to a health screening upon arrival and further testing may be required for those showing symptoms of COVID-19.
