Business Lounge (International Flights)

Located on the first floor of the Departures Terminal, next to boarding gates A6 and A7, after the security control.

Opening hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm (hours may vary depending on the flight season).

Services: Air conditioning, refreshments and snacks, drinks (including a selection of spirits), high-speed Wi-Fi, television, national and international newspapers and computers.

Business Lounge (Domestic Flights)

It is located on the ground floor of the Departures Terminal, next to boarding gate B4.

Opening hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Services: A quiet environment with snacks, coffee, refreshing drinks, wireless internet access, air conditioning and flight information screens.

Access and Memberships

Access to both lounges is available for the following passengers:

• Passengers travelling in Business Class with airlines operating at the airport.
• Holders of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships.
• Through specific credit card programmes issued by Romanian banks (check with your bank for details).

 Facilities and other services

Finance and Connectivity

The airport has cash machines from several banks and currency exchange counters located in the public areas. To stay connected, the airport provides free Wi-Fi access throughout all areas of the departures and arrivals terminals.

Dining

The dining options include cafés and bars located both in the public area and in the boarding lounges. On the first floor of the Departures Terminal you will find a restaurant with panoramic views, as well as fast-food options and speciality coffee venues such as So! Coffee and Fornetti.

Shopping and Duty Free

In the international sector, Best Value shops operate, where you can purchase perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco. There are also newsagents and bookshops (Relay), souvenir shops offering traditional Transylvanian products, clothing items and accessories.

Baggage Services

• Baggage Protection: In the departures terminal there is a luggage wrapping service available during the operating hours of the flights.
• Lost Property: In case you lose belongings within the terminals, you should contact the Air Transport Police (Tel +40 264 307 500 ext. 546) or go to the information desk. If the item was forgotten on board the aircraft, the claim must be made directly with the corresponding airline.

Other Services

The airport also features an interfaith chapel, a medical clinic for emergencies available 24 hours a day, travel agencies and meeting rooms equipped for conferences on the upper floor. In addition, there are nursing and baby care rooms clearly signposted in both terminals.
