Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.
Spending the night at the airport

Corfu airport operates with numerous seasonal flights, so it can be pretty crowded in the summer due to its small size and the great passenger influx.

Where to rest: The enclosure does not have many comfortable places for resting except for the floor, so it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets. However, you may be able to find a few benches without armrests in the Arrivals area. On the other hand, there are many accommodations of different types and for all budgets in the vicinity.

Baggage: There is no left-luggage service. This means you will have to keep your bags with you until check-in hours.

Eating and drinking: During the summer season there is a restaurant that opens 24 hours a day.

Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.

Other services available around the clock: ATMs.
