All flight operations are centralized in the main terminal. Check-in counters and baggage drop-off desks are situated on the ground floor within the central public hall.

- Aerolíneas Argentinas: Domestic flights to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza), Córdoba, Mendoza, Rosario, El Calafate, Ushuaia, Viedma, and Salta, plus seasonal flights to São Paulo-Guarulhos.
- Flybondi: Direct domestic services to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza) and Córdoba.
- JetSMART: Regular routes to Buenos Aires (Aeroparque and Ezeiza), Córdoba, and Mendoza, alongside seasonal international flights to Santiago de Chile.
- LADE: Regional Patagonian state development flights operated according to specific scheduling.
- American Jet: Regional and charter flights (subject to operational scheduling).
