To complete the rental agreement and collect the vehicle at Athens Airport, you must meet the following general requirements:
- Hold a valid driving licence. For citizens of the European Union, the national licence is sufficient. For other countries, it is recommended to have an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with the national licence.
- Present a credit card (not debit) in the name of the main driver, which will be used for the security deposit and any additional charges.
- Meet the minimum age requirement, which is generally 21 years old, although some vehicle categories may require a minimum age of 23 or 25. Drivers under 25 years of age are often subject to a young driver surcharge.
- Provide a valid identity document or passport.
