Virgin Australia Lounge - Situated opposite gate 18, on the Departures level, and available since 60 minutes before the first Virgin Australia flight until the last. Complimentary food and beverages, showers, baby changing facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, work and charging stations, telephones, printers, fax, photocopiers. Access: with Virgin Australia Lifetime Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Virgin Australia, or by paying at the door.

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (4:30 am to 10:00 pm), postal services, VIP lounges, public telephones, workstations and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Inside the nearby Aviators Lodge hotel there are conference rooms.

Food and Drinks- There is a varied selection of coffee shops, fast food outlets, bars and restaurants, most of them on level 2.
Shopping- Duty-free stores are available on levels 1 and 2, in addition to shops selling clothing and accessories, newspapers, magazines, sweets, electronics, surf-related items, books, gifts, regional products, cosmetics.
Baggage- Lockers on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park (Tel 1800 808 251). Enquiries about lost property should be directed to the information desk from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Tel +61 881 549 531).
