Norwegian Air Shuttle.
If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is considered to have a virus variant, travelers will not be allowed to enter. There are exemptions for citizens, residents and those who travel for essential reasons. Full details can be found at https://valtioneuvosto.fi/en/entry-restrictions
Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from all testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. Those who have recovered from COVID-19 and received a dose of a vaccine will also be considered fully vaccinated. If only one dose of a two-dose vaccine has been administered without proof of previous infection, travelers will not be considered fully vaccinated, but are exempt from the pre-departure testing requirements. These travelers still need to undergo testing 3-5 days after arrival.
Travelers can provide their EU digital certificate on paper or digitally as proof of vaccination, negative test result or prior recovery. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival. Full details on the EU digital certificate, including how EU residents can access their certificate, can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu / coronavirus-response / safe-covid-19 -european- vaccines / eu-digital-covid-certificate_en
All passengers are subject to health checks at arrivals, such as temperature checks and visual screening. More health tests may be required for those showing symptoms of COVID-19.
