Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Romania

International travel to Romania is allowed. There are currently no established requirements, such as quarantine or health tests. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival. Those who do not provide a valid negative test result must be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival. The quarantine period can be shortened by taking a COVID-19 test on the eighth day and those who test negative will be released from quarantine on the tenth day. Those who test positive should follow the instructions of local health officials. In general lines, passengers coming from outside the country must present a vaccination or negative PCR certificate 72 hours earlier (in Romanian or English), and quarantine for 10 days. In addition:

World situation. General considerations Due to the advancement of vaccination worldwide, documentation and testing restrictions have been eliminated in many countries. In fact, in some countries, by presenting the complete vaccination certificate against Coronavirus, RT-PCR or antigen test results are no longer required, nor is a health affidavit form.
