Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Romania
International travel to Romania is allowed. There are currently no established requirements, such as quarantine or health tests.
EU COVID digital certificate
Travelers can provide their EU digital certificate on paper or digitally as proof of vaccination or negative test result. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival. It is mandatory to submit medical certificate / proof
Travelers must present proof of a negative PCR test, taken within 48 hours prior to departure. Those who do not provide a valid negative test result must be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival. The quarantine period can be shortened by taking a COVID-19 test on the eighth day and those who test negative will be released from quarantine on the tenth day. Those who test positive should follow the instructions of local health officials.

In general lines, passengers coming from outside the country must present a vaccination or negative PCR certificate 72 hours earlier (in Romanian or English), and quarantine for 10 days. In addition:
Passengers must fill out a statement or the following ONLINE FORM.
Passengers that are exempt from quarantine measures are also exempt from filling out the form.
