Air France Lounge

Location: First floor of the French sector, after security control. Accessible only to passengers departing from this sector.

Opening hours: From 5:45 am to 8:00 pm.

Services: Refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi, international newspapers, air conditioning and television.

Access: Business class passengers of Air France, KLM and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, or via memberships such as DragonPass.

British Airways Lounge

Location: Mezzanine level of the main terminal.

Opening hours: From 5:45 am to 9:30 pm.

Services: Business centre, hot and cold meals, selection of wines and beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi.

Access: First class or business class passengers of British Airways and Oneworld airlines, Oneworld Emerald or Sapphire members.

Crystal Lounge by Aspire

Location: East Wing, near boarding gates C53 and C54. Mainly for long-haul flights.

Opening hours: From 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (adjusted according to international flight schedules).

Services: Relaxation area with apron views, computers, Wi-Fi, premium snacks and drinks.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Diners Club members, or pay at the door.

Horizon Lounge

Location: Mezzanine level, in the international transit area. It is an independent lounge known for its quiet atmosphere, ideal for business or leisure travellers seeking to escape the bustle of the main terminal.

Opening hours: From 6:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Services: Workspaces, snack buffet, digital and printed press, Wi-Fi and showers (subject to availability).

Access: Online reservations, Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport or direct payment at the entrance.

Marhaba Lounge

Location: There are two lounges under this brand at the airport, known for their Arabian hospitality and premium services: one on the mezzanine level of the main building and another in the East Wing next to gate C54.

Opening hours: From 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Services: Prayer rooms (at the main location), relaxation areas, luggage storage, international buffet and drinks.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey and DragonPass memberships, or advance booking to guarantee entry.

Swiss Lounges

Location: SWISS operates several lounges on the mezzanine level of the main building (Swiss Sector), including the Swiss Business Lounge and the Swiss Senator Lounge. They feature a minimalist Swiss design with an excellent gastronomic offering and quiet relaxation areas.

Opening hours: From 6:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Services: Quiet zones, Swiss and international cuisine, fully equipped work areas and dedicated Wi-Fi.

Access: First or business class passengers of SWISS and Star Alliance, Miles & More members (Senator, HON Circle) and Star Alliance Gold members.

Financial Services and Connectivity

Currency Exchange: There are multiple exchange offices operated mainly by Global Exchange, located across departures, arrivals and transit areas.

Cash Machines: Available in both sectors (Swiss and French) and at the railway station, compatible with major international networks.

Wi-Fi: The airport provides free internet access. You can connect by selecting the "Free_WiFi_GVA" network and following the instructions (via SMS, boarding pass scan or by using a code obtained from information kiosks).

Workstations: Distributed throughout the terminal, especially in boarding areas, equipped with power sockets and USB charging ports.

Dining and Shopping

Dining: The offer includes international cuisine restaurants, fast food outlets, traditional Swiss cafés, wine bars and confectioneries specialising in Swiss chocolate. Many venues are located in the commercial transit area after security control.

Shopping: You will find Duty Free shops in the international area, as well as luxury brand boutiques, renowned Swiss watchmakers, electronics stores, newsagents and pharmacies. The adjacent railway station also features a shopping centre with supermarkets and essential services.

Baggage

Trolleys: Available in car parks, the railway station and arrivals areas. They operate using a deposit system with coins (CHF or EUR).

Left Luggage and Lockers: Located in the SBB/CFF railway station connected to the terminal. Automated lockers of various sizes are available during station opening hours.

Baggage Protection: Wrapping service with protective plastic available on the departures level, near check-in counters.

Lost Property: If you have lost an item in the terminal, you should contact the Airport Police on +41 22 427 57 90 daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. For items lost on board, you must contact your airline directly.

Other Services

• Showers: Available in the transit area for a fee that includes a toiletry kit.
