If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is considered high risk, the entry of travelers will not be allowed. There are exemptions for citizens and residents. The list of high risk countries can be found HERE
Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from the testing requirements. Final dose must have been administered more than 14 days prior to departure.
At check-in, proof of a negative antigen or PCR test must be presented, taken within the previous 72 hours. Alternatively, those who have recovered from COVID-19 within 180 days prior to travel can provide a medical certificate from the treatment center showing the date of diagnosis and confirmation of recovery.
All passengers are subject to health checks on arrival, such as temperature checks and visual evaluation.
