Air India Maharaja Lounge - On the mezzanine floor of Terminal 3, open around the clock. Wi-Fi, drinks, TV, snacks, showers, press. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Access: with Flying Returns Golden Edge or Maharaja Club membership, first or business class passengers from Air India and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door.

American Express Lounge - Located next to gates 27/28 of Terminal 3 and open from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm. Gourmet food and drinks, Wi-Fi, workstations, TV. Access: American Express Platinum or Centurion card holders.

Emirates Lounge - Departures area of Terminal 3, open during flight hours. Beverages, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, snacks, TV. Access: first or business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

ITC Hotels Green Lounge - Available 24 hours a day on level 3 of Terminal 3. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, refreshments, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Lufthansa Lounge - Level 3 of Terminal 3. Open from 8:30 pm to 2:30 am. Computers, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers, magazines. Access: first class passengers from Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator or Star Alliance Gold members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Different lounges located on the mezzanine floor and the Domestic Arrivals area of Terminal 1, adjacent to gate 25 of Terminal 2, next to gates 1, 6, F/G and on levels 3 and 4 of Terminal 3. Open 24 hours a day. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, drinks, fax, showers, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am opposite gate 15 of Terminal 3. Meals and drinks, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Vistara Lounge - Open during flight hours, next to gate 41. Refreshments, TV, computers, beverages, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Club Vistara Gold or Platinum membership, business class passengers from Vistara, or by paying at the door.


Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting and conference facilities at the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, located in the vicinity.

Food and Drinks- Several options are available (some of them open 24 hours a day), especially in the Departures area of Terminal 3, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and fast food outlets.
Shopping- Duty-free items in the International Arrivals and Departures areas of Terminal 3. There are also retailers selling books, newspapers and magazines, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, handicrafts, cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, jewellery, flowers, souvenirs.
Baggage- Trolleys available throughout the terminals. Porters in the Arrivals and Departures Halls of Terminal 1. Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in area of Terminal 3. Left luggage service in the connecting building of Terminal 3 (Tel +91 880 049 3889). The lost and found office is handled by the airport administration department, in Terminal 2, and operates Mondays through Fridays between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (Tel +91 114 248 9616 / 9617; e-mail: lostproperty.dial@gmrgroup.in; online form).
