Biman Bangladesh Airlines Maslin Lounge - Situated on the second floor of Terminal 1. Open during flight hours. Snacks, drinks, plugs for electric devices, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: business class passengers from Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

Intercontinental Dhaka Balaka Executive Lounge - Located on the second floor of Terminal 1 and open 24 hours a day. Smoking room, computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

MTB Air Lounge - Available around the clock on the second floor of Terminal 1. Maximum stay: 6 hours. Smoking area, massage chairs, air conditioning, press, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or Diners Club membership.

Skylounge - On the second floor of Terminal 1, available around the clock. Maximum stay: 6 hours. Prayer room, massage chairs, smoking room, snacks, showers, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Thai Royal Orchid Lounge - It is found above the Departures level and is open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Food, TV, press, Wi-Fi, computers, fax, telephones. Access: with Royal Orchid Plus Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Thai Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

The airport has a bank, currency exchange bureau, VIP lounges and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks- Options are limited, with a coffee shop and a restaurant.
Shopping- Some stores and duty-free items in the Arrivals sector.
Baggage- Trolleys available for free on all levels. Secure luggage wrapping near departure gates 1 and 4. Lost and found office in the luggage recollection hall (Tel +880 2890 1500-19 / 1315).
