Domestic Terminal

Bidvest Premier Lounge - Situated on the fourth floor, it opens Mondays through Fridays between 4:30 am and 7:30 pm and weekends from 4:30 am to 6:30 pm. Smoking area, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

SLOW Lounge - Departures area, it opens from 4:30 am to 8:30 pm. Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers, press, TV, private rooms, computers, spa. Access: with FNB Premier, FNB Private Clients, FNB Private Wealth, FNB Business Platinum, FNB Business Black, RMB Private Bank, British Airways Executive Club Gold and Silver, British Airways Club, Delta One, Comair Limited VIP and SkyTeam ElitePlus membership.

South African Airways Baobab Premium Class/Voyager Platinum Lounge - Available from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm next to gate A7. Snacks, TV, computers, drinks, press, children's area, smoking room, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Voyager Lifetime Platinum, Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, first or business-class passengers from South African Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

International Terminal

Bidvest Premier Lounge - Available from 5:30 am to 0:00 am in the Departures Hall, directly after passport control. The maximum stay is 4 hours. Smoking area, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, TV, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

British Airways Lounge - Next to gate A3, open from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Workstations, Wi-Fi, meals and drinks, showers, entertainment. Access: with Gold Executive Club or Silver membership, first or business-class passengers from British Airways and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

The Emirates Lounge - Gate A3. Open during flight hours. Refreshments, TV, computers, drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business-class passengers from Emirates.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has banks, ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, post office, VIP lounges, public telephones, mobile phone services and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 4 hours. The enclosure's conference centre is located in the Southern Office Block, next to the domestic sector.

Food and Drinks

There is a wide gastronomic variety throughout the airport, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and fast-food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free stores in the international area. There are also retailers selling souvenirs, electronics, fashion and accessories, jewellery, liquor, books, sweets, cosmetics.

Baggage

Porters, in black and orange uniforms, are available (Tel +27 732 705 091). Left luggage service and secure baggage wrapping on the ground floor of car park P2 (Tel +27 723 842 954). For enquiries about lost property, contact the information desk.
