Terminal 1

080 Domestic Lounge (West)

Location: Located on the second level, above the Swarovski shop and opposite Fossil. Open 24 hours a day.

Maximum stay: 3 hours.

080 Domestic Lounge (East)

T1 Lounge

Location: Level 4, after security screening, above the Carlitious restaurant. Open 24 hours a day.

080 International Lounge

Location: Level 3, beyond immigration and security controls. Open 24 hours a day.

Air India Lounge

Location: Open 24 hours a day on Level 4, in the domestic departures area.

Services: Hot meals, showers, Wi-Fi, reading material and office facilities.

Access: First Class and Business Class passengers travelling with Air India and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, and Flying Returns Golden/Platinum members.

Gate Z Lounge

Location: Situated on Level 3, next to the 080 International Lounge. Open daily from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Services: Features a design combining global influences with local elements. It includes a café-bar (Bubble & Brew) and specialised areas for relaxation and enjoyment, such as the Sipping Lounge and the Subway Diner. Manicure services are also available at an additional charge.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers first-class facilities, including foreign exchange counters, cash machines, mobile phone kiosks for obtaining local SIM cards, charging stations for electronic devices and work areas. Wi-Fi access is free for 2 hours; to extend this period or improve connection speeds, passengers are advised to download the official BLR Pulse app.

Dining

The culinary offering is highly diverse across both terminals, with a wide range of local and international restaurants, fast-food outlets, speciality coffee shops and bars. Many of these establishments, including Starbucks, Subway and several Indian cuisine venues, operate 24 hours a day in both the public areas and the departure lounges.

Shopping

Passengers will find an extensive duty-free shopping area, mainly located on Levels 0 and 3 of Terminal 2, specialising in perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco products. In addition, there are international fashion, jewellery and electronics boutiques, as well as shops selling local handicrafts, fine teas, Karnataka silk products and bookshops spread throughout the airport.

Baggage

Left Luggage: The luggage storage service is available 24 hours a day. It is located next to the arrivals gates in Terminal 1 and on Level 0 of Terminal 2. It is an ideal option for passengers with long stopovers who wish to visit the city without carrying their belongings.

Lost Property: The Lost & Found offices handle items misplaced within the terminals and operate 24 hours a day. You can contact them via [email protected] (T1) or [email protected] (T2), or complete the official online form.

Porters: Authorised porter services are available in both the departures and arrivals areas to assist passengers with their luggage.

Other Services

The airport features baby care rooms, ventilated smoking areas, multi-faith prayer rooms, free drinking water fountains, spa and wellness facilities, and a 24-hour medical centre (Aster Clinic) for emergencies. For passengers travelling with children, there are entertainment areas and a sensory room specifically designed for individuals with neurodivergent conditions.
