Zayed International Airport offers a premium experience within Terminal A, featuring several lounges designed for relaxation, work and fine dining.

Pearl Lounge

Location: Level 3 (international departures), at the beginning of Pier D (next to Gate D43). Open 24 hours a day.

Maximum Length of Stay: 3 hours.

Services: Wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks, hot and cold beverages, unlimited Wi-Fi connectivity, private shower suites, prayer rooms, bookable private relaxation rooms and television entertainment channels in air-conditioned surroundings.

Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships, or through direct payment at the entrance.

Etihad Airways Business Class Lounge

Location: Level 3, situated between Piers C and D. Open 24 hours a day.

Services: Extensive dining options at the Liwan Global Dining restaurant, Constellation Bar, relaxation rooms with subdued lighting, showers, business centre, Wi-Fi and a children's play area.

Access: Etihad Airways Business Class passengers and Etihad Guest Silver, Gold and Platinum members.

Etihad Airways First Class Lounge

Location: Located within the same three-storey complex as the Business Lounge, the First Class Lounge provides an even more exclusive experience. Open 24 hours a day.

Services: À la carte dining, exclusive relaxation areas, business facilities and personalised service.

Access: Etihad Airways First Class passengers and Etihad Guest Platinum members.

Diamond Lounge

Location: Situated in a separate terminal away from the airport's main bustle, the Diamond Lounge offers an experience focused on privacy and exclusivity. It is located at the end of Pier A and is accessible landside from the exterior level. Open 24 hours a day.

Services: Meals, bar service, air conditioning, VIP transport to the aircraft, conference facilities, express check-in, newspapers, private rooms and a prayer room.

Access: Available on a pay-per-use basis at the lounge reception.

Yas Island Lounge

Location: Terminal A arrivals hall. It is intended for travellers staying on or visiting Yas Island. It operates during flight arrival periods.

Services: Complimentary refreshments, relaxation area, dedicated Yas Island concierge service for booking experiences and attractions, and a waiting area for the Yas Express shuttle service to the island.

Access: Free of charge and open to all Yas Island guests and visitors. This facility is designed to enhance the arrival experience and is not a traditional departure lounge.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers state-of-the-art technological infrastructure and a wide range of services designed for passenger comfort 24 hours a day. Terminal A provides free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access, cash machines, several currency exchange offices operated mainly by Travelex, and mobile phone service kiosks (Etisalat and Du) within the arrivals area.

Dining

The dining offer is extremely varied and is concentrated mainly within the departures area. It includes international restaurants, fast-food outlets, speciality cafés and bars. Most venues operate 24 hours a day. Highlights include Todd English Food Hall, Jones the Grocer, and various international franchises located throughout the boarding piers.

Shopping

The Abu Dhabi Duty Free retail area offers a luxury shopping experience with duty-free stores specialising in perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, jewellery and premium fashion brands. There are also convenience stores, bookshops, souvenir outlets and shops selling local Emirati products.

Baggage

• Trolleys: Available free of charge in the departures and arrivals areas, as well as on the various levels of the Skypark Plaza car park.
• Baggage Storage and Wrapping: Luggage storage and protective wrapping services are available on the arrivals level of Terminal A and operate 24 hours a day.
• Lost Property: For items lost within the terminal, passengers should visit the information desks or submit a claim through the official lost property portal. If the item was left on board an aircraft, passengers should contact the relevant airline directly.

Other Services

• Prayer Rooms: Spacious prayer facilities for men and women located throughout the terminal.
• Smoking Areas: Ventilated and clearly signposted smoking lounges available on different levels of the boarding area.
• Nursing Rooms: Private facilities equipped for infant care and feeding in both the departures and arrivals areas.
• Wellness and Health: The terminal features spa facilities (such as Be Relax) and emergency medical clinics available 24 hours a day for all travellers.
