Sleeping inside or in nearby hotels (PLQ)

Possibility to spend the night at Palanga airport (PLQ), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.

Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.

Spending the night at the airport

Palanga airport is open 24 hours a day, but does not offer many amenities. Keep in mind that the security staff can ask you for proof of an onward flight to be able to remain inside the enclosure at night.

Where to rest: As there are not many options for resting, you will likely end up sleeping on the floor, so it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets. In the airport surroundings you can find different accommodations for a longer rest.

Baggage: There are no left luggage services inside the enclosure.

Eating and drinking: Commercial stores close at night.

Wi-Fi: Free for 6 hours.
