Terminal 1

Club Manila Lounge - After the security control, open from 4:00 am to 0:00 am. Business facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages, air conditioning, reading material. Access: by paying at the door.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - Opposite gate 9. Temporarily closed. Wi-Fi, computers, meals, bar, smoking lounge. Access: with JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Sapphire or JAL Global Club membership, first or business class passengers from Japan Airlines and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Marhaba Lounge - Available around the clock near gate 9. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Prayer room, computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

PAGSS Premium Lounge - Next to gate 7. Available from 6:00 am to 1:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. TV, computers, air conditioning, refreshments, beverages, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Thai Royal Orchid Lounge - By gate 9. Temporarily closed. Meals, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Royal Orchid Plus Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Thai Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Terminal 2

Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Lounge - Departures area, open from 2:00 am to 6:00 pm. Press, meals, beverages. Access: with Mabuhay Miles Million Miler, Elite or Premier Elite membership, business class passengers from Philippine Airlines.

Terminal 3

Cathay Pacific Lounge - Level 4, by gate 114. Temporarily closed. Meals, drinks, workstations, Wi-Fi, press. Access: with Marco Polo Club Diamond, Gold or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Marhaba Lounge - Level 4, from 3:30 pm to 0:00 am. Maximum stay of 3 hours. Prayer room, computers, snacks, drinks, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, press, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.

Pacific Club Lounge - Level 4. Temporarily closed. Maximum stay of 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, drinks, telephones, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

PAGSS Premium Lounge - Open from 6:30 am to 0:00 am on level 4. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, press, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - It is found on level 4. Temporarily closed. Food, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), ATMs, post offices, VIP lounges and Wi-Fi access free of charge. The Manila Marriott Hotel, situated nearby, has conference rooms.

Food and Drinks

There are restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets and bars in all terminals. In addition, in the Departures area of Terminal 3, there is a food court with numerous options.

Shopping

In the international sector of the airport there are several stores with duty-free items, while next to Terminal 3 there is a shopping mall. There are also shops selling souvenirs, books, tobacco, press, jewellery, handicrafts.

Baggage

Luggage carts free of charge and porter services available in the Arrivals and Departures areas. Secure luggage wrapping in the Departures area of terminals 2 and 3, from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm. Luggage storage in the south wing of the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Tel +63 917 657 0153). The lost and found office is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1 (Tel +63 2877 1109 ext. 3654).
