Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Tunisia

International travel to Tunisia is allowed. You need to meet the requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Other restrictions

All travelers should download the Tunisian government's mobile tracking and location app on their mobile phones. Travelers will also need to provide their contact details and travel information to the authorities upon arrival.

Vaccinations and travel rules for vaccinated people

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from mandatory quarantine in a government-approved hotel, but must self-isolate for 10 days in their own residence or accommodation. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure, or 28 days for the Janssen vaccine.

It is mandatory to submit medical certificate / proof

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 48 hours, must be provided upon departure. The test result must be issued with a QR code by a competent authority in Arabic, English or French.

Test is done upon arrival

All travelers are subject to rapid-flow COVID-19 testing upon arrival. If a positive result is received, the travelers will be taken to a quarantine center.

Additional documents required

An online health declaration form must be completed prior to departure.
