The airport has an ATM, mailbox and Wi-Fi access free of charge. A meeting room is available on the second floor. The Hailuoto Lounge is located in the Departures Hall and opens according to flight schedules.

Bus - Line 8 from Oulun Joukkoliikenne (Tel +358 855 840 400) runs between the airport and the city centre in around 25 minutes, from 5:50 am to 1:20 am. The fare is €5.80. Other stops include Riisikuja, Oulunsalo, Vihiluoto, Välkkylä, Raksila, Rautasaari, Toripakka, Teknologiantie.
Bus 9 connects the enclosure with Heikinharjuun in about 55 min. between 5:40 am and 10:15 pm, with intermediate stops in Teeritie, Kuovintie, Raitakuja, Oulunsalo, Vihiluoto, Oulunlahti, Vesalantie, Äimärautio, Limingantulli, Elokuvakeskus, Toripakka.
Taxi - Vehicles available opposite the passenger terminal during scheduled flight arrivals. Official operators are Otaxi (Tel +358 6003 0081), Raahen Taksiasema Oy (Tel +358 6003 0010) and OTP Taksipalvelut (Tel +358 810 060). The trip to the city centre takes around 20 minutes.

Finavia provides free assistance for disabled passengers, the visually- or hearing-impaired, and those with reduced mobility.
