The airport has currency exchange bureaus, post office and public telephones. The VIP Lounge is located in the Departures area and opens from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm; it offers snacks, telephones, computers, drinks, newspapers and magazines, TV, smoking area (access by paying at the door).
Food and Drinks- Coffee shops and bars are available, mainly in the Departures Hall.
Shopping- There is a small duty-free shop in the Departures area and stores selling souvenirs, gifts, sweets, liquor, books, tobacco.
Baggage- Enquiries about missing luggage should be directed to the staff located in the baggage reclaim area.

Bus - A regular service from Viazul (Tel +53 7 883 6092) links the airport with the city, stopping at most points of interest, like the mall, the market and the main hotels. Taxi - Cabs operate from outside the main building and the trip to downtown Varadero takes around 30 minutes.
There is an outdoor parking area opposite the terminal building.
Facilities are limited. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should arrange the proper services with their airline before their arrival.
