Kahului Airport, opened on June, 1952, is an important air terminal in the Hawaii islands. It operates with flights to Honolulu and other insular destinations, in addition to continental locations and flights to Canada.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Main Terminal and Commuter Terminal, located next to each other. Open from one hour before the departure of the first flight of the day until 30 minutes after the arrival of the last.

The airport is located 3 km (2 miles) to the east of Kahului, on the island of Maui.

The airport has ATMs, public telephones and internet kiosks. The Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club lounge is located opposite gate 17 and opens from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm; it offers newspapers and magazines, TV, Wi-Fi (accessible for business class passengers from Hawaiian Airlines, Premier Club, Pualani Platinum and Gold members).

Across from the terminal building there is an outdoor parking lot for long and short stays, with charging stations for electric vehicles. The first 15 minutes are free. A few minutes away from the main building there is also a passenger pick-up zone (Cell Phone Waiting Area), available from 5:00 am to 1:00 am and free of charge for 60 min.
