Escape Lounge - On the mezzanine floor of Terminal 1, above the entrance to concourse E, open from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm. Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks and snacks, newspapers and magazines. Access: with DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD45.00).
PGA MSP Lounge - Terminal 1, at the northern end of the mall. It opens Mondays through Fridays between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm and weekends from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, conference facilities, fax, TV, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD10.00).
United Club - Between gates E6 and E8. Open from 4:30 am to 7:45 pm. Snacks, telephones, beverages, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers from United Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, United Premier Gold, Premium Platinum, Premier 1K, Global Services or Star Alliance Gold members, active US military personnel, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).
Facilities and other services
The airport has a bank (Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus (6:00 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, postal services, VIP rooms, plugs for electronic devices, mobile phone services and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 2 hours (in addition to a premium service of USD2.95 for 24 hours). There are business centers inside both terminals and conference rooms on the mezzanine floor of Terminal 1, with fax, photocopying and catering services.
Food and Drinks- Most options are found inside Lindbergh Terminal, where there are restaurants, coffee shops, bars, icecream stores and fast food outlets. Camden Food, in concourse F, and McDonald's, in concourse D, open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- Duty-free articles in concourses D and H, in addition to retailers selling souvenirs, books and magazines, clothing and accesories, jewellery, electronics, candy, sport goods, cosmetics.
Baggage- Lockers available in concourses C and F, in Terminal 1 (USD8.00 a day), for up to 48 hours. The lost and found office is situated in the ticketing lobby of Lindbergh Terminal (Tel +1 612 726 5141; e-mail: [email protected]). It operates Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm and weekends from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
