Air New Zealand Regional Lounge - Situated on the upper floor, above the boarding gate, open since one hour before the first flight until the last. Bar, light refreshments, reading material, TV, business services, Wi-Fi. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand.

Manaia Lounge - It is found on level 1 of the terminal. It opens from 10:45 am to 3:30 pm and from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm. Only for international flights. The maximum stay is 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership, or by paying at the door.

The airport has an ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), postbox, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access for 24 hours.

Food and Drinks- There are coffee shops both before and after the security checkpoint; restaurant in the public area.
Shopping- Duty-free shops in the International Arrivals and Departures areas, sweets, books, gifts, newspapers and magazines, regional products, clothing, jewellery, accessories.
Baggage- Lockers outside the terminal, near the check-in area. Left luggage services at the information desk. For enquiries about lost property, contact the airport's information counter (Tel +64 3450 9031).
