Spending the night at the airport
Auckland airport is made up of two terminals, of which only the International Terminal is open 24 hours a day. To avoid bothersome noises, it is recommended to have headphones or earplugs. In addition, temperatures can descend considerably, so have a sleeping bag or blankets ready.
Where to rest:
There are some benches with no armrests, but they are few. The best place is the second floor of the International Terminal, with quieter and more secluded areas. The enclosure has several VIP lounges, but they closes at night. SEE VIP LOUNGES
In addition, next to the International Terminal there is a hotel.
Baggage: Left-luggage service available, but only from 3:45 am to 11:15 pm.
Eating and drinking: There are some stores that open 24 hours a day on the ground floor and the first level of the International Terminal.
Restrooms: Showers in the Arrivals Halls and the VIP lounges.
Wi-Fi: Free for 45 minutes.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, duty-free shops, baby care rooms.
