Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, opened in 1921, serves Hennepin County, in the state of Minnesota, and the neighbouring states of Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. It is one of the busiest in the country, with domestic and international flights to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and the Far East.

Facilities include ramps, lifts, adapted restrooms and telephones, electric carts for people transfer, relief areas for service animals and designated spaces at the parking lots of both terminals. A free shuttle, accessible for passengers with reduced mobility, links the terminals from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm approximately every 20 minutes (Tel +1 612 725 4681). Public transportation companies have accessible vehicles. The individual airlines can provide wheelchair services through both terminals, which must be requested at the time of your booking.
