Spending the night at the airport
Salt Lake City airport operates with many flights and connections not only inside the United States, but also with different international destinations. Therefore, movement is constant, even throughout the night. It is recommended to have blankets to spend the night, as the place is often pretty cold.
Where to rest: Most seats have armrests and the floor in the public area is not carpeted. Maybe in concourse B of Terminal 1 you will find more comfortable options. An alternative is to access the VIP lounge, where you can enjoy more amenities, although it closes at night. You can also opt to go to some of the numerous hotels in the vicinity, which operate shuttle services around the clock.
Baggage: There is no luggage storage service inside the enclosure, so you will have to keep your baggage with you until check-in.
Eating and drinking: On the upper level of Terminal 2 there is a McDonald's that opens 24 hours a day, while throughout the enclosure you can find vending machines. The rest of the options open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, baby changing facilities, children's play areas.
Near the baggage reclaim areas there are courtesy phones to make reservations in any of the numerous accommodations in the surroundings, many of which provide complimentary transportation.
