Will Rogers World Airport is one of the air terminals serving the metropolitan area of Oklahoma City. It basically operates with domestic flights to the main destinations inside the country.

Annual passenger traffic: More than 3.7 million passengers went through it in 2016.

The airport is located 10 km (6 miles) to the southwest of downtown Oklahoma City.

Bus - Jefferson Lines (Tel +1 800 451 5333) has services to Oklahoma City (USD16.00, 15 minutes), Chickasha, Lawton, Wichita Falls, Fort Worth, Tulsa and Kansas City. Buses leave from the east end of the transportation plaza, accessed through the baggage recollection hall.
Some operators, such as Red Carpet (Tel +1 405 672 5100 / 888 878 5100), Soldier Express Bus (Tel +1 580 678 3035) and Village Tours (Tel +1 405 741 8463), transport military personnel to the local bases.
From Union Station, in the city centre, depart buses from Greyhound (Tel +1 405 606 4382 / 235 6425) to different destinations throughout the country.
There are also van services (private or shared) to downtown Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Del City and Stillwater. Fares to the city centre are USD16.00-27.00 and available companies are Airport Express (Tel +1 405 681 3311) and Oklahoma Shuttle (Tel +1 405 428 4441).

Taxi - Ranks are found in the transportation plaza, on the lower level. Travel time to the city centre is 20-25 minutes.

 

The car rental center is located 3-4 minutes to the north of the terminal and linked to it through shuttle buses.

The airport has ATMs, postal services, mobile phone charging stations, public telephones and Wi-Fi access with no charge. At the administrative offices there are business services available, and there are meeting rooms on the ticketing level. The YMCA Military Welcome Center is located in the center of the ticketing level, on the second floor, and opens from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (until 5:00 pm on the weekends); it provides refreshments, internet access, telephones, games, TV (accessible for active or retired militaries).

Food and Drinks- At the central food court and the west concourse there are restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars.
Shopping- Electronics, newsagents, souvenirs, books, jewellery, accessories, fragrances, clothing in the west, central and east concourses.
Baggage- Luggage carts available for USD4.00 in the baggage recollection area and the parking lots. Porter services in the luggage reclaim hall. The lost and found office is handled by the police department (Tel +1 405 297 1184).
Other Services- Massage chairs, shoeshine, art exhibits, baby changing facilities.

Parking Garage - Five-storey facility with covered and outdoor spaces, linked to the terminal via a climate-controlled tunnel with moving walkways. On the second level there are sectors for short stays, where the first hour is free.
Lot 1 - Uncovered area for long stays a few blocks from the terminal, with shuttle service.
Lot 2 - Outdoor parking for long periods adjacent to the garage. Buses to the terminal.
Lot 3 - Covered and uncovered bays, connected to the main building through shuttles.

 

Facilities include elevators, ramps, adapted restrooms and telephones, designated parking spaces and relief areas for service animals. Airport vehicles are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to arrange the proper services with their airline at the time of their booking.
