Layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Spending the night at the airport
The Kansas City airport terminals are small, so it can be difficult to find a place to rest. In addition, keep in mind that you will have to remain in the public area once the security checkpoints close for the night. It is recommended to have earplugs, an eyemask and a sleeping bag.
Where to rest: In the food court of Terminal B there are long, padded benches which are ideal to get some sleep. If you rather have more comfort, there is a hotel inside the airport grounds.
Baggage: There are no left luggage services inside this airport.
Eating and drinking: In each terminal there is a food outlet that stays open throughout the night.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, baby changing facilities.
The Kansas City Airport Marriott (Tel +1 816 464 2200) is found inside the airport grounds. Nearby you can find many other alternatives, most with complimentary shuttles to and from the terminals.
