El Salvador airport (SAL)

Monseñor Oscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez International Airport, also known as Comalapa Airport and opened on January 31, 1980, serves the city of San Salvador and the entire country. It is one of the largest and most modern in Central America, operating with flights to North America, Central America and some locations in South America and Europe.

Bus - There is a mini-bus service from Transportes Acopacific (Tel +503 2339 9360) that runs to the city centre in 90 minutes.

Taxi - Ranks are located outside the building, with cabs provided by Taxis Acacya (Tel +503 2329 9282) and Acobam de RL (Tel +503 2339 9664). The trip to downtown San Salvador takes approximately 45 minutes.
