Rafael Núñez International Airport, opened on February 14, 1920, is one of the busiest in Colombia due to its tourist movement. In addition to domestic flights, it operates with some international destinations in the American Continent and Europe.

There are car rental desks from Avis (Tel +57 5 656 3671 - Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Budget (Tel +57 5 693 2998 / 317 865 4208 - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm) in the external area of the National Arrivals Hall.
The airport has a bank (Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (7:00 am to 8:00 pm), VIP lounges, mobile phone service and free Wi-Fi access. The Sala VIP is located on the first floor of the International Terminal and operates on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Fridays and Sundays from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 0:00 am; the maximum stay is 3 hours and it provides computers, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines (access with Priority Pass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD30.00).
Food and Drinks- The terminals have restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafés, bars, ice-cream stores, pizza places, mainly in the Departures Halls.
Shopping- There are duty-free shops in the Domestic Departures Hall and the International Arrivals Hall, accessories, sweets, clothing, souvenirs, handicrafts, toys, jewellery.

Bus - Route B from Metrocar (Tel +57 5 663 0286) runs from the airport to the transportation terminal, in the city centre, between 6:50 am and 11:45 pm, stopping at Crespo, Avenida Santander, Castillo de Sanfelipe, Mercado de Bazurto, Avenida del Bosque and Bomba del Amparo.
