Valencia Airport, also known as Manises Airport and opened on March 19, 1933, is one of the most important in Spain and the Valencian Community. It operates with domestic flights and international destinations in Europe and Northern Africa.

The airport is situated 8 km (5 miles) to the west of the city centre.

Car rental search

The airport has ATMs, public telephones and Wi-Fi access free of charge. A meeting room is available on level 2 of the terminal. The Sala Joan Olivert lounge is located on level 1, next to gate 12, and opens from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm (maximum stay: 4 hours); it provides catering, press, computers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, children's area (access with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - €33.90).

Food and Drinks- There are several cafés on levels 0 and 1, in addition to fast food outlets and restaurants on the first floor. So! Coffee, in the Departures area, is open 24 hours a day. Vending machines throughout the enclosure.
Shopping- There is a duty-free store on the first floor, clothing and accessories, press, books, local goods.
Baggage- Wrapping machines in the check-in area. Lost and found office on the first floor, available on weekdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (e-mail: [email protected]).
Other Services- Medical clinic, travel agency, pharmacy, chapel, children's playground, nursing room.


Bus - Line 150 from Fernanbús (Tel +34 961 500 082) travels to downtown Valencia, with intermediate stops in the towns of Mislata, Quart de Poblet and Manises. Total journey time is around 45 minutes and the fare is €1.45. Tickets can be acquired on the bus. It operates every 22-28 min. from Monday to Friday between 5:25 am and 10:00 pm, and every 26-40 min. on Saturdays from 5:25 am to 10:10 pm.

Metro - Metro Valencia (Tel +34 900 461 046) operates line 3, which connects the enclosure with the city centre, the university and the northern sector of the metropolitan area (Manises, Quart de Poblet, Faitanar, Mislata, Xàtiva, Alameda, Alboraya, Almàssera, Meliana, Foios, Museros, Rafelbunyol). The station is located on the ground floor of the terminal and the company has an office in the Arrivals Hall. The service leaves every 15-20 minutes between 5:27 am and 11:57 pm Mondays through Fridays, from 5:47 am to 0:28 am on Saturdays and from 7:08 am to 0:02 am on Sundays and holidays. Travel time to downtown Valencia is around 25 min. and the fare is €3.90. Line 5, on the other hand, links the airport directly to the city centre and the port of Valencia, through Manises, Quart de Poblet, Faitanar, Mislata, Xàtiva, Alameda, Aragón and Ayora. It departs every 15-20 min. from Monday to Friday between 6:21 am and 10:51 pm, Saturdays from 6:55 am to 10:55 pm and Sundays and holidays from 7:35 am to 10:35 pm.

Taxi - Taxco (Tel +34 902 024 972), Radio Taxi Manises (Tel +34 961 521 155), Radio Taxi Valencia (Tel +34 963 703 333), Taxis de Valencia (Tel +34 961 119 977) and Taxi Valencia (Tel +34 644 015 655) provide vehicles outside the Arrivals area. The trip to Valencia city takes about 20 minutes. Fares are higher through the night (9:00 pm to 7:00 am), on the weekends and on holidays.

Parking express - Directly in front of the terminal. The first 15 minutes have no charge.
Parking P1 - One minute away from the terminal, ideal for stays of less than 4 days or to pick-up or drop-off passengers.
Parking de larga estancia - Located 5 minutes away from the main building, reserved for long stays.
