La Coruña Airport (A Coruña, in Galician), also known as Alvedro Airport and opened on May 25, 1963, is an important air terminal in Galicia. It operates with domestic flights and some international destinations in Europe.

Number of Terminals - 1 - Open from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.
Airlines: Air Europa, Air Nostrum, Gestair, Iberia, TAP Air Portugal, Vueling.
Annual passenger traffic: About 1,4 million passengers went through it in 2017.

The airport is located in the city of Culleredo, 7 km (4.4 miles) southeast from downtown La Coruña.

The airport has ATMs, mailbox, public telephones and Wi-Fi access free of charge. A meeting room is available on the first level. The Sala VIP lounge is located in front of gates 2-3 and opens from Sunday to Thursday between 5:30 am and 10:00 pm, Friday from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm and Saturday from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm; the maximum stay is 4 hours and it has a terrace, computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, TV, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi (access with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - €28.70).

Food and Drinks- In the Departures area there are restaurants and a coffee shop.
Shopping- Duty-free goods on the first floor and a multi-store on the lower level.
Baggage- Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in area. The lost and found office is situated in the Arrivals Hall (Tel +34 981 187 247).

Bus - Line 4051 from Autos Calpita (Tel +34 981 231 234) runs between the airport and Puerta Real, in La Coruña, stopping at Casino, Plaza de Orense, A. Molina Avenue, Alcampo, Portazgo, Corveira and Vilaboa, with a fare of €1.50. It operates every 30 minutes Mondays through Fridays between 7:15 am and 9:45 pm, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturdays and from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sundays and holidays, with a frequency of 1 hour. Taxi - Opposite the passenger terminal there are cabs from Radio Taxi (Tel +34 981 243 333). Extra charges are applied for travelling at night hours (from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am), on Saturdays from 3:00 pm, on Sundays and holidays. Journey time to the city centre is 20-25 minutes.

There are two parking areas inside the grounds, for short and long stays. Fees and reservations

Parking general P1 - Open 24 hours a day, with covered and outdoor spaces, 2 minutes away from the terminal.
Parking exprés - Situated next to the main building, covered, allows access to the check-in area in less than 1 min.
