Sandefjord Torp Airport, opened on July 2, 1956, is one of the busiest in the country and serves the Sandefjord and Oslo areas. It operates with domestic destinations and many international low-cost flights to locations in Europe.

Bus - Torp-Ekspressen (Tel +47 6798 0480) is an express service between the airport and the city of Oslo that operates in conjunction with the arriving and departing international flights from Ryanair and Wizz Air. It also stops at Drammen, Asker, Høvik, Lysaker and Sjølyst. Journey time is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Buses from Telemarkekspressen (Tel +47 3506 5400) travel to and from Telemark, and other destinations include Seljord, Bø, Gvarv, Ulefoss, Geiteryggen, Skien, Porsgrunn, Larvik, Fokserød and Tønsberg.
TIMEkspressen (Tel +47 4070 5070) provides transportation to Stavern, Larvik, Sandefjord, Drammen and Oslo in 2 hours and 45 min. Buses stop at Fokserød, which is a 5 min. taxi ride away from the airport.
Lavprisekspressen (Tel +47 6798 0480) is a service between Stavanger, Kristiansand, Oslo, Dovre and Trondheim, that also stops at Fokserød.
On the other hand, Persontransport Norway (Tel +47 8151 7007) offers minibus services to Oslo and other cities in the country by previous booking.
Train - Complimentary shuttles carry passengers in 4 minutes to Torp Station, located 3 kilometers (2 miles) away from the enclosure. NSB trains (Tel +47 6105 1910) depart from there to the station and airport in Oslo (2 hours trip), with Lillehammer as final destination (4 hours). Intermediate stops include Skien, Larvik, Tønsberg, Drammen, Lysaker, Lillestrøm, Eidsvoll and Hamar.
Taxi - Outside the terminal there are cabs from Vestfold Taxi (Tel +47 3342 0200), Viken Taxi (Tel +47 3330 1111), Grenland Taxi (Tel +47 3536) and Skien Taxi (Tel +47 5210). The journey to Sandefjord takes around 10 minutes, while the trip to Oslo takes 80 min.
