Spending the night at the airport
Oslo airport is open 24 hours a day, so you can spend the night inside the terminal with no problem. Generally there are very few passengers during the night, so your stay will be quiet and safe.
Where to rest:
Many eateries in the terminal have padded benches. In addition, there is a chapel inside the enclosure that offers a secluded place to rest. On the other hand, you can use one of the airport's VIP lounges for more amenities, although these close at night. SEE VIP LOUNGES
Finally, there are two hotels that are connected to the terminal.

Eating and drinking: There are no eateries open during the night, but you can find kiosks and convenience stores.
Wi-Fi: The service is free for 2 hours.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, duty-free stores, children's play area, chapel.
