Layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Spending the night at the airport
Rotterdam airport is open 24 hours a day. However, layover passengers will have to remain in the public area once the security checkpoint closes for the night. There are commonly very few people during the night, so your stay will be a quiet one, but make sure you have a sleeping bag or blankets, as the place can get pretty cold.
Where to rest: You can find a few seats behind the elevator and some benches next to the door to the boarding area. On the other hand, there are a couple of hotels next to the terminal.
Baggage: There are no luggage storage offices inside the enclosure.
Eating and drinking: Eateries close at night, but there are a few vending machines.
Wi-Fi: The service is free.
Other services available around the clock: ATM, baby care rooms.
