Kaunas International Airport, opened on December 1, 1988, is one of the busiest in Lithuania. It operates with international flights to different destinations in Europe.

The airport has a bank (Monday to Saturday from 5:00 am to 0:00 am, Sunday from 5:00 am to 4:00 pm), ATMs and free Wi-Fi access for 6 hours.
Food and Drinks- Bars, restaurants, coffee shops and vending machines on every level.
Shopping- Duty-free items on levels 2 and 3 of the Departures area, convenience store in the Arrivals Hall, handicrafts, books, flowers, newsagents.
Baggage- Secure wrapping and left luggage service in the check-in hall, from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. In case of missing luggage, head to the airport's information desk.

Bus - KVT (Tel +370 880 020 000) operates lines 29 and 29E to the city centre and the bus and train stations. It leaves Mondays through Fridays between 4:40 am and 11:40 pm and weekends and holidays from 5:00 am to 11:40 pm. The fare is €1.00 and journey time is about 50 minutes.
The Kaunas Airport Express (Tel +370 6086 6360) connects the enclosure with the Hotel Panorama in Vilnius for €10.00. Schedules are coordinated with flight hours and the trip takes 1 hour and 30 min. It also runs to Kryzkalnis (€14.40) and the Akropolis shopping center, in Klaipeda, with a cost of €17.00 and a travel time of 3 hours.
The FlyBus service (Tel +371 2708 8719) departs once a day to the city of Riga, with intermediate stops in Panevezys and Bauska. Tickets have a cost of €20.00 and the trip takes 4 hours and 30 min.
In addition, there are daily services to Minsk (€17.00) provided by Ecolines (Tel +370 3720 2022), and transfers to the cities of Anyksciai, Birzai, Ignalina, Kupiskis, Marijampole, Moletai, Obeliai, Rokiskis, Sirvintos, Utena, Visaginas and Zarasai (Tel +370 3740 9060).
Taxi - Ranks are found outside the Arrivals area. The trip to the city centre takes 25 minutes. The official operator is Zaibiskas Greitis (Tel +370 3733 3111).

P1 & P3 - Long-term car parks.
P2 - Situated in front of the main building, for short stays. The first 15 minutes are free.
Reserved parking spaces, lifts, escalators and adapted toilets are available. If you should require special assistance, contact your airline at least 48 hours before your flight.
