The airport has currency exchange bureaus (4:30 am to 11:15 pm), ATMs, post office, fax and copying service, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Inside the terminal there is also a conference and meeting room. The Primeclass Riga Business Lounge is located on the third floor and opens from 5:00 am to 0:00 am; the maximum stay is 3 hours and it offers air conditioning, children's area, smoking lounge, drinks, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones (access with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - €32.00).
Food and Drinks- In the passenger area there are coffee shops and a restaurant on the second floor, while in the public sector there are two restaurants and a café.
Shopping- Duty-free stores in Departures sectors B, C, E and F. There are also shops selling accessories, tobacco, liquor, souvenirs, regional products, apparel, sweets, newspapers and magazines, cosmetics, jewellery.
Baggage- Trolleys available in the car parks. 24-hour left luggage service in Arrivals sector E, on the first level (Tel +371 6766 8253 / 2544 0097). Secure baggage wrapping in sector F, on the second floor. In case of lost luggage, head to the service office of the Arrivals area (Tel +371 6720 7236).

Bus - Line 22 from Rigas satiksme (Tel +371 8000 1919) connects the enclosure with Abrenes iela, in the city centre, every 10-30 minutes from 5:45 am to 0:10 am (until 11:50 pm on weekends). Intermediate stops include Priezkalni, Rudas, Uzvaras bulvaris and Centraltirgus. Journey time is around 30 min. and the fare is €1.15. Tickets can be acquired at the information desks, the Narvesen kiosks on levels 1 and 2, or at an automatic machine next to the stop, situated behind car park P1. In addition, minibus 222 operates from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm to the central station through Priezkalni, Rudas and Stacijas laukums, while route 241 runs to Priezkalni, Rudas, Priedaines iela, Anninmuizas bulvaris, Sudrabkalnins, Kipsala and Esplanade from 6:50 am to 10:10 pm.
TOKS (Tel +371 5216 0054) offers travels to Vilnius (€25.20), Tallinn (€23.00), Minsk (€27.00) and Warsaw (€43.00).
Lux Express (Tel +371 6778 1350) provides connections between Riga and Tallinn, Vilnius, Warsaw, Minsk, Saint Petersburg (€15.00) and Moscow (€55.00).
Ollex (Tel +370 5210 4304) operates an express service between the city and airport of Riga and the Lithuanian cities of Siauliai (€12.00), Telsiai, Plunge (€15.00) and Klaipeda (€18.00).
Services from Dautrans (Tel +371 6542 0834 / 2929 8772) leave from Thursday to Sunday to Daugavpils (€12.00), Kraslava, Verkhnyadzvinsk, Polotsk and Vitebsk (€25.00).
Kautra (Tel +370 837 342 440) offers transfers to Kaunas (€18.00), while Klaipedos Autobusu Parkas (Tel +370 4621 0248) links the enclosure with Klaipeda.
Taxi - There are vehicles from Baltic Taxi (Tel +371 2000 8500) and Red Cab (Tel +371 6611 9900). The trip to the city centre takes approximately 15 minutes and the minimum fare is €2.13.
Inside the enclosure there are three parking areas open around the clock and situated within walking distance from the terminal. Payment can be made at the exit from each lot or inside Arrivals Hall C. Fees
P1 - Short-term parking directly in front of the main building.
P2 & P3 - Spaces for long stays 3 minutes away from the terminal.
There are reserved parking spaces, ramps, adapted restrooms, wheelchairs, accessible counters and elevators. Passengers requiring special assistance are advised to contact their airline or travel agency at least 48 hours in advance.
