Milan Linate Airport, opened on October 21, 1937, is the second largest airstation in Milan and one of the busiest in the country. It operates with several domestic flights and international destinations within Europe.

Bus - Line 73 from ATM (Tel +39 248 607 607) leaves every 10 minutes between 5:35 am and 0:35 am headed for Piazza San Babila, where there is a metro station. Tickets cost €1.50 and intermediate stops include Forlanini, Piazza Grandi, Piazza Emilia, Piazza Santa Maria del Suffragio, Piazza Cinque Giornate and Palazzo di Giustizia. Journey time is around 25 min. At Piazza Emilia you can take bus 92 to the city's central station. The company also operates the Air Bus service to the central station and Piazzale Dateo, every 30 min. from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm (€5.00).
On the other hand, Starfly (Tel +39 258 587 237) provides transportation every 30 min. from the enclosure to Lambrate and Central Stations and to Rho Fiera (€10.00).
The Malpensa Shuttle (Tel +39 258 583 185) connects the enclosure with Malpensa airport in 1 hour and 30 min., with a cost of €13.00; and with Monza via Borsellino and Falcone in 20-30 min., with a fare of €8.00.
Buses from Airshuttle Nord (Tel +39 302 582 388) travel to and from Brescia Mondays through Saturdays for €20.00-25.00.
Taxi - Ranks are found outside gate 5, in the Arrivals area. The trip to the city centre takes 15-30 minutes. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to notify their airline or travel agency about their needs at the moment of their booking or at least 48 hours in advance. Inside the enclosure there are reserved parking spaces, pathways for the visually-impaired, elevators, Braille signage, adapted telephones and restrooms, and a special waiting room. Children between 4 and 14 years old travelling alone will be escorted by the airport staff until boarding the aircraft and then will be supervised by the airline.
