Spending the night at the airport
Being Milan's secondary airport, and also pretty old, do not expect many amenities. In spite of that, the terminal opens 24 hours a day and it is a safe place to spend the night if you do not want to check in a hotel. It is best to stay in the check-in area, as the security staff usually asks layover passengers to move there.
Where to rest:
Seats are few, and they are made of metal and have armrests. If you choose to sleep on the floor, it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets. There are also VIP lounges inside the terminal, but these close at night. SEE VIP LOUNGES
As to hotels, you have several alternatives in the surroundings.
Baggage: The left-luggage service operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, so you will have to keep your bags with you until check-in.
Eating and drinking: No options are open during the night.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, baby changing facilities, children's play area.
There are no accommodations on-site, but you can find several hotels nearby, some of them with complimentary shuttles to and from the terminal.
