Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, opened on September 1, 1939, is one of the busiest in France. It operates with numerous domestic flights and several international destinations within Europe, Northern Africa, Canada and the Caribbean.

The airport is located 8 km (5 miles) to the northwest of the city centre.

The airport has a bank (Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm), currency exchange bureau (weekdays from 8:15 am to 8:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm), ATMs, workstations, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. The La Croix du Sud lounge is found in the Departures area of Hall C, across from gates 33-34, and opens Mondays through Fridays between 5:15 am and 9:00 pm, Saturday from 5:15 am to 8:00 pm, Sunday from 5:40 am to 9:00 pm; it provides press, TV, Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, air conditioning, computers, fax (access with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - €25.00).

Food and Drinks- In the public area and the Departures lounge of halls B, C and D there are several cafés and bars, while in Hall B there is a restaurant. You can also find vending machines.
Shopping- Duty-free items in the Departures area, perfumes, cosmetics, regional products, jewellery, electronics, music, confectionery, newspapers, books, tobacco, fashion and accessories, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs.
Baggage- Left luggage service and secure wrapping in Hall C, from 4:00 am to 7:00 pm (Tel +39 781 066 734). Enquiries about lost property should be made at the airport's information counter Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Tel +33 825 380 000; e-mail: [email protected]).

Bus - Tisséo (Tel +33 561 417 070) operates a shuttle to Matabiau train station and other destinations in the city centre, such as Jean Jaurès, Jeanne d'Arc and Compans Caffarelli. Buses leave from gate C2, on the Arrivals level, the trip takes 20 minutes and the fare is €8.00. It departs every 20 min. between 5:45 am and 0:10 am. On the other hand, line 30 heads to Fenouillet commercial center on weekdays from 7:00 am to 7:20 pm. Journey time is around 45 min. It goes through Tricheries, Aussonnelle, Eglise Gagnac, Les Vitarelles and Bergeron.
Line 88 from Conseil Général de la Haute-Garonne (Tel +33 561 616 767) has a fare of €2.20 and goes to Grenade, Ondes, Merville, Seilh, Beauzelle, Blagnac and downtown Toulouse from gate B3.
Andbus (Tel +376 803 789) links the enclosure with Pas de la Case and Andorra La Vella three times a day (€36.00).
Several private operators offer transportation to different locations in the region.

Tram - Line T2 from Tisséo (Tel +33 561 417 070) has a frequency of 15 minutes and runs to Arènes and Palais de Justice, with a fare of €8.00. It operates from 6:00 am to 0:20 am and travel time is 32 min. Intermediate stops include Ile du Ramier, Croix de Pierre, Cartoucherie, Purpan and Daurat.

Taxi - Ranks are located outside the Arrivals area, between gates B3 and C1. The trip to the city centre takes 10-20 minutes and the fare is €15.00-45.00. You can pre-book a cab by calling Tel +33 561 300 254.

There are several parking areas for short and long stays available around the clock. Directly opposite the terminal there is a passenger drop-off zone with a 10-minute limit. Rates and reservations

P0 - For stays of less than 3 hours, in front of the main building. The first 10 min. have no charge.
P1, P2, P3 - Covered car parks with no time limit, with access to the terminal through roofed walkways.
P5 & P6 - Economy parking with free shuttle service every 15 min. from 4:00 am to 1:00 am (stops across from hall D).

 

Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs during their stay at the airport should inform their airline or travel agency about their particular needs at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance. Facilities include reserved parking spaces and adapted telephones. The airport shuttle services are equipped for the transport of people with reduced mobility. All scheduled flights from the enclosure offer a free escort service for unaccompanied minors between 4 and 12 years old.
