The airport has a mailbox and Wi-Fi access free of charge. The Vaasa Lounge is located in the Departures area and opens according to the enclosure's operating hours; it provides workstations and a library.

Shopping- There is a store selling local specialties, sweets, gifts, jewellery, cosmetics after the security checkpoint.

Bus - Services from Wasa Citybus (Tel +358 505 114 022) link the airport with the city centre on weekdays, from 5:45 am to 9:10 pm. Tickets have a cost of €3.20 and journey time is 20-30 minutes. There are no regular bus services during the summer at the enclosure. Line 4 travels to Runsor, Vanha Vaasa, Ristinummi, Melaniemi, Abb and Tori, while route 10 runs to Runsor, Pappilanmäki, Huutoniemi and Keskusta.
Pahkakankaan Liikenne (Tel +358 400 187 226) connects the enclosure with Seinäjoki, with departures after scheduled flight arrivals.
Taxi - Taksi Vaasa (Tel +358 610 0411 / 6003 0011) has vehicles across from the passenger terminal during scheduled flight arrival hours. Inside and outside the main building there are free telephones to request the service. The trip to the city centre takes approximately 15 minutes.
There are two parking areas inside the grounds. Payment is made at machines situated inside the terminal. Rates
P1 - For short-term parking.
P2 - For long stays. The first 25 minutes are free of charge. Heated spaces available between November and March.
There are adapted toilets and reserved spaces at the car parks, in addition to free assistance for disabled passengers, the visually- or hearing-impaired, and people with reduced mobility. Remember to inform your airline about your needs at least 48 hours before your flight. Once at the airport, check-in at the booth located adjacent to the terminal entrance.
