The airport has an ATM, meeting rooms and free Wi-Fi access for 1 hour. The Aalborg Airport Lounge is located on the first level and opens 75 minutes prior to the first flight until 30 min. prior to the last; the maximum stay is 3 hours and it provides air conditioning, beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, plugs for electric devices, TV, magazines and newspapers (access with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door).

Bus - Buses from Nordjyllands Trafikselskab (Tel +45 9811 1111) depart from in front of the passenger terminal. Line 12 travels to Universitetet, Vejgaard, Aalborg, Nytorv, Vadum and Åbybro, line 24N to Vesterbrogade, Nytorv, Aalborg and Hadsundvej, route 200 goes to Blokhus, Fårup Sommerland, Aabybro and Aalborg bus terminal (20 minutes), bus 70 runs to Aabybro, Fjerritslev and Thisted, and line 71 connects the enclosure with Løkken and Hjørring.
