Zagreb Franjo Tudman Airport, opened on February 15, 1928, is the largest in Croatia. In addition to domestic flights, it operates with the main destinations in Europe and some in the Middle East and Canada.

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (according to flight schedules), ATMs and free Wi-Fi access. The nearby Best Western Hotel Stella has a business center. The Primeclass Lounge is located opposite gate 23 and opens from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm (only for international flights); it has computers, refreshments, drinks, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi (accessible with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - €25.00).

Food and Drinks- There are coffee shops on both levels, in addition to a restaurant and a bar on the second floor.
Shopping- Duty-free goods in the International Departures area, gift shops, newsstands, clothing and accessories.
Baggage- Porter services by request. Secure luggage wrapping across from the check-in counters. Lost and found office in the transit area, available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Tel +385 1456 2229).
Other Services- Children's playgrounds, baby care rooms, first aid clinic, prayer room.

 

Bus - ZET (Tel +385 1365 1555) operates line 290 every 35 minutes from 4:20 am to 0:15 am. Stations in the route include Velika Gorica, Zracna Luka, Petina, Radnicka and Kvaternikov TRG.
There is also a shuttle from Pleso Prijevoz (Tel +385 1633 1982) that operates every 30 min. from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm to the city's central bus station. It departs from outside the International Arrivals Hall and journey time is 35-40 min. Other stops include Velika Mlaka, Buzin, Slobostina and Dom Umirovljenika.

Taxi - There are vehicles available outside the Arrivals level. The trip to the city centre takes 20-30 minutes.

 

There is a parking area for short and long stays inside the grounds. The first 10 minutes are free. Opposite the terminal there are also sectors for passenger pick-up and drop-off. Rates

 

Facilities include ramps, ample elevators, designated parking spaces, special waiting rooms, adapted telephones and an ambulift to board the plane. Inform your airline 48 hours in advance about any special needs. Children travelling alone will be escorted to the aircraft by airport staff.
