Jeju International Airport, opened on April, 1968, is the second busiest in South Korea. It operates with domestic and international flights in the Far East and Southeast Asia.

Number of Terminals - 1 - Open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Annual passenger traffic: More than 29.6 million passengers went through it in 2017.

The airport is located at the north end of Jeju island, 4 km (2.8 miles) to the west of the city of the same name.

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus (during flight hours), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone service, charging stations, internet kiosk and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks- Several local and international restaurants, coffee shops and bars are available.
Shopping- Duty-free items on the second and third floors, convenience stores, souvenirs, books, sweets, accessories.
Baggage- Left luggage service on the ground floor, available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +82 647 403 938). Lost & found office on the first floor, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +82 647 972 521/522).
Other Services- Maternity rooms, art gallery, children's play area, medical clinic, pharmacy, casinos.


Bus - Different services leave from in front of gates 1 to 5 to New and Old Jeju from 5:35 am to 1:00 am. Stops include Pyoseon, Sungsan, Namwon, Illjudong-ro, Yongdam, el centro de Jeju, Daejeong, Hwasun, Illjuseo-ro, Pyeonghwa-ro, Nohyeong and Yeon-dong. More information

Taxi - Ranks are found opposite the terminal. Short-distance taxis travel to Jeju, Sehwa, Jocheon, Hamdeok, Aeweol, Hallim, Hyeopjae and Gosan, while long-distance vehicles go to Seogwipo, Seongsan, Pyoseon, Namwon, Jungmun, Andeok and Daejeong. Journey time to downtown Jeju is around 30 minutes.

Facilities include ramps, elevators, adapted toilets, accessible telephones and reserved parking spaces. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline prior to their arrival.
