Official taxi services are available curbside outside the terminal and can be called directly or via courtesy phones located in the baggage claim area. Lincoln Taxi is the designated provider under contract with the airport.

Ridesharing operators Uber and Lyft are authorized to pick up and drop off passengers in front of the terminal. In addition, the peer-to-peer car sharing platform Turo is available for registered users.

Hotel Shuttles

Several local hotels in Helena provide complimentary airport shuttle service for their guests. Arrangements should be made directly with the property in advance or via the courtesy phone board in the baggage claim area.

• Short-Term Parking Lot: Located immediately east of the terminal. Intended for passenger pick-up, drop-off, and brief visits. Parking is free for the first 2 hours. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited in this lot (subject to citations and towing).
• Long-Term Parking Lot: Located immediately north of the terminal. Designed for extended stays with a flat rate of $7 per calendar day. The first 2 hours are also free. Annual parking permits are available for $700.
• Curbside Drop-off/Pick-up: Loading and unloading is allowed along the terminal front, provided the driver remains with the vehicle at all times.

Payment and Regulations

Drivers take a ticket upon entry to open the gate. Payment is accepted via credit or debit cards only, either at the automated exit lane kiosks or at the Pay-On-Foot station located inside the baggage claim area.

Special Assistance Requests

Passengers requiring wheelchair service, escort, or boarding assistance should notify their airline at least 48 hours prior to flight departure or coordinate with staff upon arrival at the check-in counters.
