East London Airport, opened in 1927, is an important regional air terminal in South Africa, operating exclusively with domestic flights.

The airport has ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone service and 4 hours of free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks- Restaurant, coffee shop and bar on the first floor of the Departures area.
Shopping- In the Departures lounge there are stores selling electronics, clothing and sweets.
Baggage- In case of missing luggage, head to the counter of the corresponding airline.
Other Services- First aid clinic, prayer room, baby changing facilities.

 
 

Bus - There are two private services, Eugene's Executive Airport Shuttle (Tel +27 725 973 379 / 724 253 370) and Xhamla Shuttle Services (Tel +27 437 361 151 / 728 311 236), that depart from in front of the Arrivals Hall and travel to the city and surrounding areas. Departures correspond to flight schedules.

Taxi - Official vehicles display the airport logo and are available outside the Arrivals Hall. Operators include Dean's Taxi Services (Tel +27 731 946 367 / 792 935 132) and Herman's Day & Night Taxi Service (Tel +27 437 227 901). The trip to the city centre takes 5-10 minutes.
